Magic Moments with Otter Fencing & Dan Murphy’s

“With Dan Murphy’s recently unveiling a new concept store at 100 Market Street, South Melbourne, it’s worth noting the amazing work AWIA member Otter Fencing has contributed to this innovative in-store design.

Otter Fencing recently completed a CLF fencing surround that they installed for 3-Fold Resources as a part of the “Magic Moments” point of sale (POS) display at the Dan Murphy’s South Melbourne Store.

This is part of an innovative central area where customers can experience “Magic Moments”, which includes wine and spirits tastings, as well as ‘micro-classes’ where customers can learn about beer, wine and cocktails, plus more.

The CLF surround was circa 20 linear meters with an o/a height of 2800mm, which included 400mm high heavy galvanized chain-link fabric top surround to give the POS display an industrial look. They were also wrapped to the store’s support column with 2100mm high heavy galvanized chain-link fabric with top and bottom rails and contributed to the construction a tasting bar and shelving out of 40mmNB galv pipe and pipe fittings.

Chain-link fabric is very versatile and can be used in a variety of applications from a security fence, sporting application, storage or services cages, through to POS displays and so much more.”
