Otter Fencing currently has healthy stocks of a wide range of galvanized and powder-coated (satin black) Medium, Light & X-Light Grade pipe, which conforms to AS1074 & AS1725.
All our galvanized pipe is stored inside, out of the weather, to avoid white rust, dust and dirt. All our powder-coated pipe goes through a 5-stage pre-treatment process and 3-stage quality check, to ensure adhesion and a quality topcoat finish. This is detailed and explained further below.
We stock standard 6500mm lengths, but we also stock a variety of specific pipe lengths, such as; 4800mm, 5800mm & 7200mm to save on wastage, which is more cost effective which in turn, saves you money.

A rinse with low-conductivity, deionized water eliminates residual particles, ensuring a clean and pure surface for the next step.

Secondary Cleaning & Desmutting
We use advanced cleaning agents to target stubborn contaminants and prepare the surface for enhanced durability.

Another round of deionized water rinsing guarantees every surface is free from impurities and ready for coating.
