Otter Fencing recently had the pleasure of manufacturing a custom 18 metre wide opening heavy-duty pressed spear top sliding gate for a South Australian customer, to be installed at a DHL depot in Adelaide.
Finished in a durable satin black powder coat by Supacote, the gate was engineered to provide secure vehicle access while maintaining a robust and professional appearance.
Due to its size, the gate was fabricated as two custom 9 metre panels, with a purpose-designed centre splice plate connection allowing the sections to be efficiently joined on-site.
The project also featured custom laser-cut 150 x 100 x 4.0mm double-punched bottom rails, supplied in collaboration with Infrabuild/Steelforce.
