Pricing Errors and Incorrectly Displayed Prices
While Otter Fencing makes every reasonable effort to ensure that all prices, product information, and quotes are accurate, errors may occasionally occur due to technical, typographical, system, or data entry issues. Otter Fencing reserves the right to correct any pricing errors at any time, including after an order or quote has been issued or accepted. Where a product, service, or quote is displayed or provided with an incorrect price, Otter Fencing is not obliged to honour the incorrect price. In such circumstances, we may cancel the order or quote, refuse fulfilment, and provide a full refund of any amounts paid, or alternatively reissue the order or quote at the correct price for customer approval. This clause applies to all website listings, email quotes, custom quotations, and any other pricing communications issued by Otter Fencing.
