Change of Mind

Otter Fencing does not offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind. Please choose carefully.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

You are entitled to a refund, replacement, or exchange if the item:

  • Has a major fault that would have stopped someone from purchasing it had they known
  • Is unsafe
  • Is significantly different from its description or sample
  • Doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you specifically asked for, and it can’t be easily fixed

If the issue is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable timeframe. If we can't repair it in time, you may choose a refund or replacement. Alternatively, you may choose to keep the item, and we will compensate you for any reduction in value caused by the problem.

Restocking Fee

For approved returns or exchanges (excluding faulty goods), a restocking fee may apply to cover handling and administration costs.

Proof of Purchase

To process any return or refund, you must provide proof of purchase (e.g. tax invoice or receipt).
