Shipping policy

Failure to accurately declare forklift availability at the delivery point may result in additional shipping charges at Otter Fencing’s discretion.

All freight prices should be considered an estimate. Otter Fencing utilises modern third-party freight calculation tools and technology; however, errors may occasionally occur. In the event that the system provides an incorrect rate, Otter Fencing reserves the right to adjust the shipping charge or, where applicable, refund any overpayment. If an adjustment results in additional cost, you will be notified and have the option to cancel the order should you not wish to proceed.

At Otter Fencing, we aim to make delivery as easy and cost-effective as possible. We offer a range of shipping and collection options to suit your needs.

Delivery Options
 

1. Local Pickup (Click & Collect – FREE)

 You’re welcome to collect your order from our warehouse at:
 12A Kitchen Road, Dandenong South, VIC 3175
 We'll notify you when your order is ready for pickup.

2. Local Delivery (Up to 60km)

We offer local delivery for addresses within approximately 60km of our warehouse. Charges are calculated based on distance and order size

3. Carrier Delivery (Australia-wide)

We also ship to the rest of Australia using our network of trusted freight carriers.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are based on your delivery address and the size and weight of your order. To see the most accurate freight estimate:

  1. Add your items to the cart
  2. Go to the checkout page
  3. Enter your delivery address
  4. Your shipping cost will be calculated automatically

Orders with High Freight Value

For orders where freight charges exceed $2,000, we may be able to book a semi-trailer or negotiate better bulk rates with our carriers. In these cases:

  • You’ll be asked to pay a small deposit at checkout
  • Our team will contact you to confirm and finalise the most cost-effective freight option
  • The remaining freight balance will be invoiced separately
